Surveillance video captured the moment a liquor store owner in Orange County turned the tables on a suspect who attempted to rob the store. The owner, Jacko Sadek, was behind the counter when a man dressed in black came up with what looked like a gun and demanded money. "Detroit Police are searching for a woman who unloaded multiple rounds into a car as the female victim was trying to pull out of a liquor store parking lot.

According to police, the shooting happened just before 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at a liquor store on Hayes near Chalmers Street. The car was hit but the victim was not hit by the rounds. Police are looking for three men caught on camera robbing a liquor store in west Houston but managed to only get away with a cheap decoy bottle. The Houston Police Department said it happened on Monday, May 23rd around 2 p.m. when three unidentified men walked into a liquor store in the 2800 block of Katy Freeway. Officials said the three men crowd around a locked display case of alcohol. That's when authorities said the men asked about a $4,200 bottle that was locked in the case. When an employee unlocked it and pulled out the bottle, one of the men snatched it from the employee before running out of the store. Investigators said a second man in the group removed another box of the same liquor from the case and tried to make off with it, only to discover the box was empty and dropped it shortly afterward. However, the robbery was not a complete success. The employee reportedly told officers the liquor the men took off with was only a decoy bottle, which was worth a lot less than the actual $4,200 bottle. The three men are still at large, as of this writing, so police are asking for the public's assistance in finding them. Posted by CZ

On Sunday, July 31, 2022, about 2:47 AM, deputies from the Norco Sheriffâ€™s Station responded to reports of an attempted armed robbery at a business located in the 800 block of 6th Street. The investigation was corroborated by surveillance video and revealed four armed suspects arrived at the business in a dark colored vehicle. These suspects approached the business entrance armed with long guns wearing facial coverings and hoods. Immediately upon entering the business with the rifles pointed at the ready, an employee inside the business fired a single shot from a shotgun, causing the suspects to flee the business.

With the assistance of another law enforcement agency, the suspects were located at a hospital in the Southern California region, one of whom was suffering from a gunshot wound consistent with a shotgun blast. Three additional suspects were also located at the hospital in the suspect vehicle, which had been previously reported stolen. The vehicle, a dark-colored BMW SUV, was also found to contain numerous stolen firearms.

The following three suspects were immediately taken into police custody in the hospital parking lot and were booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for robbery and conspiracy. They are being held in lieu of $500,000 bail:

Justin Johnson, 22-years old resident of Inglewood, CA

Jamar Williams, 27-year-old resident of Los Angeles, CA

Davon Broadus, 24-year old resident of Las Vegas, NV. The primary suspect, a 23-year-old male, remains hospitalized in critical, but stable condition, and his identity will not be released at this time. He will be booked into a Riverside County jail upon his release from the hospital. Posted by Abdul

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A lengthy chase ended in a chaotic search for suspects at a Downey strip mall on Tuesday, but one moment is raising questions. The chase ended near Imperial Highway and Paramount Boulevard at a liquor store. Around that time, AIR7 HD captured a man with a baseball cap walking away from the liquor store when he was bitten by a K-9. 
Witnesses, however, told ABC7 on Wednesday that man had nothing to do with the chase. They said the man's name is Angel and is a frequent customer of the liquor store. They said he'd just stopped in to get a drink Tuesday night moments before police swarmed the area. 

New video shows the man handcuffed and on the ground. He's seen trying to talk to an officer at one point. The video shows him lifting his head and he appears to tell officers, "It's not me. I didn't do it." Experts said for Angel, this could mean possible legal action. The man was ultimately treated for his wounds. California Highway Patrol said officers later found the driver and said a total of three people were taken into custody. The L.A. County Sheriff's Department says the driver was wanted for reckless driving, and deputies later discovered the car was linked to an armed robbery in El Monte. Posted by CZ
