A Texas middle school teacher has been removed from the classroom after she was filmed removing her face mask and intentionally exhaling over a cornered student - before shouting 'I don't care' as the child tried to get away.

The student is seen covering her face with her hand as the unmasked teacher breathes over her during an altercation at Mead Middle School in Houston. 
 
The Aldine Independent School District requires face coverings for all students and staff. It's one of 19 independent Texas school districts that have sued Gov. Greg Abbott over his ban on school-wide mask mandates. 
 
The scarlet-haired educator approaches the student and corners her against the wall, as seen on two separate videos. 
 
'Shut up,' the teacher tells the masked girl. 'First of all, don't get it twisted.' 
 
The student holds her hand up to her face as the unmasked teacher breaths on her. 
 
'I don't care. I don't care,' the teacher says while breathing out frantically. 
 
'Get out of my face,' the student replies, to which the teacher says, 'Make me.' 
 
At one point, the student argues: 'That's why your breath smells,' prompting giggles from the class. 
 
'You want me to leave your class or not?' the cornered student asks twice. 
 
'No, actually [unintelligible] sit back down,' the teacher demands, slapping a desk. 'Sit back down.'

"A 10-year-old Florida girl shot and killed a woman who had gotten in a fight with her mother, authorities said Monday.

The girl and her mother were taken into custody Monday night following the fatal shooting of Lashun Rodgers, 41, outside an apartment complex, according to a news release from the Orlando Police Department.

The girl was released into the custody of the Florida Department of Children and Families. The girl's mother, Lakrisha Isaac, 31, was arrested on charges of manslaughter by culpable negligence, child neglect, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and aggravated assault with a firearm.

Isaac and Rodgers began fighting late Monday and Isaac handed her daughter a bag that contained a gun. The girl took the gun out of the bag and fired two rounds, according to police.

Any charges for the girl will be decided after a review by the State Attorney's Office, Orlando Police Department said.

Online court records showed no attorney for Isaac. Records showed she remained in jail Tuesday afternoon." - Orlando News

"Two parents allegedly tried to choke their 17-year-old daughter outside her high school in an attempted “honor killing” for refusing an arranged marriage with an older man, according to police.

Ihsan Ali and his wife, Zahraa Ali, were charged with attempted murder for the shocking attack outside Timberline High School in Lacey, Washington, in which the dad also allegedly punched their daughter’s boyfriend in the face, police said.

Their daughter, who was not identified, said that “her father had recently been threatening her with honor killing for refusing an arranged marriage with an older man in another county,” according to charging documents obtained by The Post.

She ran away and sought help from school staff on Oct. 18 — enraging her parents, who showed up and attacked her outside, some of which was caught on camera.

Her dad, Ihsan, choked her “to the point where she had lost consciousness” as other students — including the girl’s boyfriend — desperately tried to pry her away, the documents alleged.

“It’s not right … you are not supposed to do this,” her father told her with his hands around her throat before she blacked out, the girl told police.


Video obtained by Fox 13 Seattle shows Ihsan on top of his daughter and shoving her face in the dirt surrounded by a group of students yelling at him to stop.
