Surveillance Videos Shows Cops Laughing, Fist Bumping After Beating And Choking Unarmed African-American!

The video shows white police officers celebrating after brutally beating, choking and using a Taser on unarmed African-American Floyd Dent during a traffic stop in January. The officers fist-bumped, joked around, and reenacted the beating while cleaning Dent’s blood off their uniforms. Dent had been punched in the head 16 times and was in need of medical attention – but the officers continued their congratulatory charades as Dent sat off to the side, bleeding and watching the cops mock him.
