In the wake of the deadly police ambush in Dallas, Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke urged Americans to “condemn and shun” the Black Lives Matter movement. While doing so would not necessarily make the Black Lives Matter movement “go away,” the sheriff said it would cause people to “delegitimize” and “marginalize” the group.
