On January 1st, 2023, officers responded to a call regarding a reckless driver failing to maintain a single lane. Upon their arrival, they made contact with the suspect, Tammy Walther, better known by0 her adult-film name, Ainsley Adams.

Walther quickly admitted to officers her license had been suspended at the time of the interaction. She noticeably also was only wearing a top and her underwear during the traffic stop. Once officers asked whether she had additional clothing to put on, she instantly became agitated and acting erratically around officers.

After placer her under arrest, Walther became combative and refused to comply with the officers commands. This continued until she was placed in the restraint chair by jail staff. Upon the arrival of officers, the women refused to provide identification and refused to leave the store upon the request of an officer. Officers began to remove the women from the store and she attempted to get away but failed.
