Police & CHP Officers chased a homeless woman for more than an hour spanning two Southern California counties. She finally stopped after a spike strip took out one tire and a CHP unit hit her car and spun her around.
The Officers chasing her did not know the driver was a woman or her race at the time. She finally got out of the car after a few minutes and kept saying "I haven't did nothing, this is racist."
