Officers conducting saturation patrols, for OVI enforcement, pulled over a motorist on Mayfield Road operating a vehicle without its lights on. Upon approach to the vehicle the odor of marijuana was detected. A subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered two small bags of marijuana, 3 scales, a water bong, and a loaded handgun under the drivers seat. The juvenile female was cited for OVI with other criminal charges pending in juvenile court.
